To ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental process, we’ve outlined the necessary information you’ll need to provide when filling out our rental agreement.
1. Personal Information
Before we can hand over the keys to your rental, we need to gather some basic personal details. This helps us ensure the safety and security of our vehicles and all parties involved.
First & Last Name: This is pretty straightforward. We need your full name as it appears on your official documents.
Full Birthdate: This helps us verify your age and ensure you meet our rental criteria.
Phone #: In case we need to reach out to you during the rental period.
Email Address: For sending the rental agreement, receipts, and any other relevant information.
Personal Address: This is required for billing and verification purposes.
Driver’s License Details:
- Issuing State: Where your license was issued.
- Number: Your driver’s license number.
- Upload Photo: For verification purposes, we’ll need a clear photo of your driver’s license. Make sure all details are visible.
Car Insurance Info:
- Company Issuer: The name of your car insurance provider.
- Policy #: Your insurance policy number.
Note: We do not sell insurance. It’s crucial to have valid car insurance when renting from us.
2. Payment Information
Once you have entered the required personal details, the waiver will move on to the payment process. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. But we do require a card on file. Ensure you have your payment details ready.
3. Delivery Information
To ensure timely delivery and setup of your golf cart, we need the following:
Number of Carts: How many golf carts are you renting from us?
Dates Rented: Specify the start and end dates of your rental period.
Property Address: Where should we deliver your golf cart(s)?
Gate Code (if applicable): If your property has a gated entrance (Seaside Cir), please provide the gate code. This ensures our delivery team can access your location without any hitches.
